Ferry ride home..... 

It was a good trip away.... But what has happened on the building site over the last few days....??

I can't wait to see.

Let's go inside....

Drywall sheets up in the bedroom.

Lots of drywall sheets leaning everywhere....

Bathroom has much completed...

But still work to be done.

Here is the other side of the bathroom wall from the den.

But the rest of the den is still the storage room.

The sun is just about setting.... So I best show you the outside.

First off, sadly it appears the licorice smelling plant next to the hostas is not deterring the deer.

Herb garden looking good. 

Unfortunately the ants have already taken over my cherry tree and I have work to do to save the cherries which have not really started growing yet.

The rocks were moved a bit and the digger is no longer on site. I have some serious rock garden screening to do in this area...

The deck is not yet build, but the shingles sure look nice.

And out front, look at the new underside of my deck. Now that looks nice!

Now I can sit on my deck and look up at my roof and enjoy it, rather than plan its development.

A load of gravel for the driveway..

And the yard has been cleaned up as well. The box frame will be a cement base for the stairs. Not sure if it is in the exact spot yet.

The front shingles sure make my house look pretty sharp if I do say so myself.

Now I wonder why there is no power yet? Hmmm....
